Christine F. Nyland

Christine F. Nyland, age 55 years, of Washington, NJ, died Monday, December 30, 2019, at Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Staten Island, NY, August 29, 1964, daughter of the late Natal John Frolio and Marie Summer Frolio of Mt. Ephraim, NJ, she had formerly resided in Newton, NJ and had resided in Washington, NJ since 1990.

Christine was a secretary at M&M Mars Corp. Hackettstown, NJ for fifteen years.

An avid gardener, she was also an avid crafter who enjoyed sewing and stitching. Christine also loved to restore furniture and doing house renovations.

She was pre-deceased by her son, Rev. Charles Nyland, who died November 14, 2019.

Surviving are her husband of thirty years, Martin Nyland; a daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Shawn Reynolds of Ringoes, NJ; her step-mother, Fran Frolio of Mainsville, OH; a sister, Marie Frolio of Mt .Ephraim, NJ; a brother, John Frolio of Ewing, NJ and eight grandchildren, Catherine, Jedidiah, Isabella, Nathanael, Michael, Justin, Elijah and Gavin Reynolds.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private.
