Donald R. Hall, 62 years old of Quakertown, PA, died Sunday, May 14th, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital - Upper Bucks Campus, Quakertown, PA.
Don was born in Flemington, NJ, and raised by his late parents Judith Yard Hall and Dennis Samuel Hall.
He and his sister Laurie then spent five years in Connecticut. He then came to Upper Bucks County to raise his own family for the rest of his adult life.
Don loved his sports as a child, being an all-star junior baseball player and an avid biker. He was taught by his late father to appreciate the great outdoors, then taught his oldest son archery and the craft of hunting.
He worked at St. Luke’s for nearly ten years, based out of the Quakertown campus as the Maintenance Electrician. His work ethic was second to none and he got so much fulfillment from mastering his craft. He was passionate and truly loved what he did.
He is survived by his three children, Samantha Hall Chapman, Dennis Charles Hall, and Daniel Joseph Hall. He raised them with a firm hand and loving heart. He was a beloved Pop-Pop to his three grandchildren: Zachary James Hall, Abigail Marie Chapman, and Hannah Clare Chapman. Also, surviving is his sister, Laurie Ann King. He will be greatly missed.
Donald will be remembered for his Friday night dinners, his competitive nature with horseshoes, and his ability to know the perfect moments to be surprisingly silly and make us laugh.
“Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy..."
