Frank Bonno

Frank Bonno, age 90 years, died on Monday, January 31, 2005 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Ohio, he had formerly resided in Bayonne, NJ, before moving to Readington Township ten years ago.

He was a retired truck driver. He was a United States Army veteran of World War II, and was a prisoner of war in Germany.

His wife, Ann Maass Bonno, died in 1999. Surviving are two daughters, Dolores Handren of Readington Township, NJ, and Louann of Jersey City, NJ; two sons, John of Readington Township, NJ, and Robert of Saylorsburg, PA; two brothers, Thomas of Ronkonkoma, NY, and Daniel of Sun City, AZ; five sisters, Grace Grabowsky of Sun City, AZ, Phyllis Candino of Bayonne, NJ, Rose Morrone of Lake Worth, FL, Mildred Flego of Greenacres, FL, and Louise Hawks of Mrgta, CA; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ. Interment will be in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
