Isabel Velez, age 89 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on May 22, 2003 at her residence in Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Puerto Rico on October 24, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Alejandro Toro and Maria (Velez) Toro. Isabel was predeceased by her husband, Bernardino Velez, who died in 1943. Interment in Saint Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
