John Robert Molden, age 76 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at his residence after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Canton, OH, May 13, 1928, he was the son of the late Harry T. and Irene Burns Molden. He had formerly resided in Westfield, NJ.
An internal auditor for RCA, GE, and Conde Nest Publications, he retired in 1994. He was a graduate of Northwestern University, and was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity.
His wife, Patricia Coover Molden, died in 1998, and his brother, Theodore Molden also predeceased him. Surviving are two daughters; Kathleen Reese of Annandale, NJ, and Susan Rose of Pittsburgh, PA; a son, Michael Molden of Easton, PA; a sister, Virginia Colignon of Chagrin, OH; and two grandchildren, James Rose and Robert Rose.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-5 PM followed by a prayer service at 5 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in Garrettsville, OH.
