M. (Monica) Eleanor Higgins

Monica Eleanor Higgins, age 81 years, of Milford, NJ, died on July 7, 2003 at the Arden Courts of Yardley Facility, 493 Stony Hill Road, Yardley, PA 19067. Born in Raritan, NJ on July 3, 1922, she was the daughter of the late William Kane and Mary (Shamrock) Kane. She worked as the Head Bank Teller at the Hunterdon County National Bank in Flemington, NJ and had resided in New Jersey her entire life. She was predeceased by her husband, John L. Higgins, who died in 1974. Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.

Eleanor M. Higgins, 81, of Milford died Monday, July 7, 2003, at Arden House Manor Care in Yardley, Pa.

She was born July 3, 1992, in Raritan Borough, the daughter of the late William and Mary Shamrock Kane.

She lived in Somerville before moving to Hunterdon County 50 years ago.

She was a head bank teller for the Hunterdon County National Bank in Flemington before retiring in 1995.

Her husband, John L. Higgins, died in 1974.

She is survived by a son, John Higgins of Milford; a daughter, Beverly Parker of Delaware Township; a sister, Mary Krug of Bridgewater; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
