Marvin E. Ent

Marvin E. Ent, age 92 years, of Franklin Township, NJ, died on July 7, 2003 at the Valley View Health Care Center, 117 County Rd 513, Frenchtown, NJ 08825. Born in Stockton, NJ on April 13, 1911, he was the son of the late Joseph Ent and Lucy (Huff) Ent. Mr. Ent was a self-employed Farmer for years. Marvin was predeceased by his wife, Mary Emma Ent. Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.

Marvin E. Ent, 92, of Franklin Township, died Monday, July 7, 2003, at Valley View Health Care Center in Alexandria Township.

He was born in Stockton April 13, 1911, to the late Joseph and Lucy Huff Ent.

He was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County, living for more than 55 years on Joe Ent Road.

He was a self-employed dairy farmer and worked in the Old Egg Auction in Flemington for 15 years.

He was past master of the Oak Grove Range in Franklin Township, president of the Sand Brook Cemetery Association of 24 years and a member of the Quakertown United Methodist Church. He was also a 1930 graduate of Flemington High School.

His wife of 58 years, Mary Emma Ent, died in 1999.

He is survived by two nieces, Betsy J. Trauch of Asbury and Barbara Race and a nephew, Austin Race, of Ferndale, Pa.

A brother Orville J. Ent, died in 1976.

Funeral services were by Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington.
