Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 11, 1943, he was the son of Ronald Schwanke and Elva Ehly.

Mr. Schwanke worked as a salesman for Merritt, Inc.

He was survived by his wife, Cheryl (Cronce) Schwanke, of Whitehouse Station.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
