Adeline H. Wells

Adeline H. Wells, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Friday, July 10, 2009 in Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown, PA.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Adeline Cowan Heron and had resided in Delaware Township since 1980, having formerly lived in Bridgewater, NJ.

Mrs. Wells was retired from Johnson and Johnson, Bridgewater, NJ, where she had worked for many years as an administrative assistant.

Her husband of thirty-four years, William Wells, died in 1993.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Dana A. Wells Costello and Brian Costello of Emmaus, PA; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark T. and Brenda Wells of West Orange, NJ; a grandson, James M. Wells; and a brother, Thomas Heron of Monroeville, PA.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Flemington United Methodist Church, 116 Main Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
