Adrianna Jalyn Martinez, died Friday, June 23, 2017 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick NJ.

She is survived by her parents, Emmanuel and Christine (Reif) Martinez of Raritan Township NJ, and her siblings, Ethan, Nicholas, Alianna and Alyssa Martinez.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Flemington Presbyterian Church, 10 East Main Street, Flemington NJ 08822.

Cremation was private and under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street in Flemington.

Memorial contributions in Adrianna's name may be made to Flemington Presbyterian Church at the address above.
