Alec G. Mangiaracina

Alec G. Mangiaracina, age 27 years, of Kingston, NY, died Saturday, July 30, 2011 in a hiking accident in New York State.

Born in White Plains, NY, September 10, 1983, he had formerly resided in California and Philadelphia and had resided in Kingston for the past five years.

He was a student at Ulster Community College, NY, and worked part time as a server in several restaurants.

Surviving are his parents, Joseph and Janet Black Mangiaracina of Ringoes, NJ; a brother, Joseph Jr. of Woodland, CA; his grandmother, Joan Coggins of Ft. Myers, FL; his grandfather, Thomas Black of Ellsworth, ME and his fiancée, Ashley Kerns, of Kingston, NY.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Saturday 11:00-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
