Alexander von Thaden, age 42 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2006.
Born November 19, 1963 in Mexico City, Mexico, he was the son of Ernst and Sabina von Thaden of Germany. He had resided in Raritan Township, NJ since 1993, having previously lived in Virginia Beach, VA.
Mr. von Thaden was Vice-President and Director of Marketing for Storage Assets, LLC, Greenbrook, NJ. He was a member of the Hunterdon Mens Soccer Club.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his wife of seventeen years, Linda Lackland von Thaden; a daughter, Anastasia M. von Thaden at home; three sons, Maximillian A., Sebastian H. and Wolfgang F. von Thaden, all at home; three sisters, Beatrix von Kempis in Austria and Andrea von Polenz and Nicolina Rosenberg, both in Germany; and an aunt, Hortense von Poncet Knorr in Tenerife, Canary Islands.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Visitation will be from 2:30-4 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home. Interment was private. Please visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information or to send condolences.
