Alice Johnson, age 82 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at her home.
Born in Mount Holly, NJ, July 20, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Mildred Moore Tyler. She had resided in Delaware Township most of her life.
Alice was a member of the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church and the Delaware Township Senior Citizens. She was a 4-H sewing and cooking leader for many years. She was also involved in Girl Scouts when her kids were younger.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob, in 2005. Surviving are her son, Robert Johnson, of Woodbine, NJ; her daughters, Deborah Sprella of Pittstown, NJ, Bonnie Allen of Delaware Township, NJ, and Patty Eckard of Delaware Township, NJ; her sisters, Betty Fly of Bear, DE, Kathleen Kappus of Milford, NJ, and Joanne Tyler of New Bern, NC; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic, private graveside services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 3 PM in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
