Born in New York on April 24, 1907, he was the son of William H. Seaman and Barbara Bishop.

Mr. Seaman was a veteran of World War II.

He then became a self-employed carpenter.

He was survived by his wife, Katherine.

Interment in Neshanic Cemetery, Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ.
