Alletta G. Smith

Alletta G. Smith, age 87 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Monday, June 5, 2006 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born October 18, 1918 in Raritan Township, NJ, daughter of the late Asa and Ruth Miller Gulick, she had resided in Delaware township the past sixty-eight years, formerly living in Flemington, NJ.

A 1936 graduate of Flemington High School, Mrs. Smith was employed in the Hunterdon County Clerk's Office for many years, retiring in 1988.

Surviving are her husband of sixty-eight years, E. Milton Smith; two sons, Dennis Smith of Hampton, NJ and Randy Smith of Springtown, PA; a daughter, Aileen Boustedt of Redmond, WA; a sister, Doris Bryk of Johnson, NY; two brothers, Asa Gulick, Jr. of Flemington, NJ and James Gulick of Taylorsville, KY; and three grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ.
