Alois Mausser

ALOIS MAUSSER, age 82 years of Delaware Township, NJ died Saturday, March 13, 2004 at his residence.

Born Februrary 18, 1922 in Setch, Gottschee, Yugoslavia to the late Josef and Aloisia Perz Mausser, he had resided in Delaware Township since 1989 and Ridgewood, Queens, NY before that.

He was a Union Carpenter in New York for many years.

Mr. Mausser was a communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ and was also involved with various senior groups in Hunterdon County.

His wife, Emilie Leustik Mausser died in 1987. He is survived by three sons, Arnold Mausser of Lake Worth, FL, Edwin Mausser of Ridgewood Queens and Karl Mausser of Sergeantsville, NJ; three grandchildren; two sisters, Erna Kikel of Delaware Township, NJ and Sophie Schager of Delaware Township, NJ; and one brother, Bernhard Mausser of Ridgewood, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. in St. Matthias Church, Ridgewood, NY. Calling hours will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview Ave., Ridgewood, NY.

A Memorial Mass at St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 10 a.m. under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ (please call or visit www.holcombefisher.com for further information).
