Alvin A. Davidson

Alvin A. Davidson, age 76 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Monday, October 3, 2011 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, September 2, 1935, son of the late S. Henry Davidson and Ide Schneider Davidson, he had resided in Raritan Township for the last ten years and had formerly resided in Warren, NJ.

He was a self-employed sales executive and was a member of Stanton Ridge Golf Club.

Surviving are his wife of forty-two years, Elayne Tannenbaum Davidson; a son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Suzanne Davidson of Kinnelon, NJ; two grandchildren, Kirk and Paige Davidson of Kinnelon; two brothers, Bernard Davidson of Atlantic City, NJ and Theodore Davidson of Florida.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
