Ann Louise Luster

Ann Louise Luster, age 72 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Summit, NJ, July 8, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Sarah Anna Davis Schneider. She had resided in the Ringoes area for fifty-five years.

She was a retired nurse's aide with the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, retiring in 1994. She had previously worked for NJ Telephone Company, Flemington, NJ, from 1953-1956.

She was a member and former President of the East Amwell Senior Citizens, former Brownie Troop Leader, volunteer with the Flemington Food Pantry, volunteer with the East Amwell Schools teaching children to read, and retired member of the Amwell Valley Ambulance Corps.

She was pre-deceased by a sister, Arlene Fabreaux, in March 2008. Surviving are her husband of fifty-five years, Frank W. Luster, Sr.; three sons, Frank W. Luster, Jr., of Flemington, NJ, Jeffrey Luster of Ringoes, NJ, and Ernest Luster of West Amwell Township, NJ; three daughters, Alice Luster Tarrant of Flemington, NJ, Laurie Luster of Ringoes, NJ, and Robin L. Okunlola of Atlanta, GA.; a sister, Erna Martin of San Antonio, TX; thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Reaville, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
