Anna B. Atamaniuk

Anna B. Atamaniuk, age 87 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the home of her son in Ringwood, NJ.

Born in Sand Brook, NJ, September 13, 1925, daughter of the late Joseph and Ednega Dolimskas Yasunas, she had resided in Delaware Township all her life.

A homemaker, she was an accomplished seamstress, an avid gardener and walker, enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and also enjoyed shopping.

Anna was a member of the Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church of Ringoes, NJ; a volunteer for Meals On Wheels of Hunterdon County and was a thirty-nine year member of the Hunterdon County Board of Elections.

Her husband, Joseph Atamaniuk, Jr., died in 2010 and she was also pre-deceased by two brothers, Frank and Julius and three sisters, Victoria, Mildred and Birdie.

Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph J. and Leslie Atamaniuk of Ringwood, NJ, Gregory and Susan Atamaniuk of Novato, CA and Glenn and Colleen Atamaniuk of Franklin, TN; a daughter, Valarie Bay of Phillipsburg, NJ; thirteen grandchildren, Joseph S., Michael, Kairamie, Nicholas, Nina, Brian, Danielle, Pamela, Parker, Corinne, Crosbie, Carlyn, and Kylee; and two great granddaughters, Lilly and Frankie Jo.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013, at 10:00AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
