Deceased Name: Anna M. Hittel -- of the Catholic faith

Anna M. Hittel, 90, of Crystal River, Fla., formerly of Flemington, died Monday, April 2, in Seven Rivers Hospital, Crystal River.

She worked at the Seamens Church Institute Restaurant in Brooklyn, N.Y., for 30 years, retiring in 1972.

Born Nov. 5, 1910, in Brooklyn, she resided in Flemington for 50 years, moving to Crystal River 18 years ago.

She was a member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Crystal River, where she was a communicant and a member of the Rosary Society.

Her husband, Alexander, died in 1987.

She is survived by two daughters, Arlene Abramchak of Crystal River and Adele Walik of Phoenix, Ariz.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Burial will be in St. Magdalen Cemetery in Flemington.
