Anna Madeline Dombrowski, age 102 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Saturday, February 25, 2012 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Queens, NY, June 30, 1909, daughter of the late John and Caroline Kundrotas Dombrowski, she had resided in Raritan Township since 2005, having formerly spent her life in the Woodside and Sunnyside sections of Queens, NY.
She was a retired Hotel Cashier in New York, having worked for the NY Hotel Association. An avid Bingo player, Ms. Dombrowski was a longtime communicant of The Church of St. Teresa, Woodside, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and John Fesko, a sister-in-law, Mamie Fesko; and three brothers.
Surviving are a niece and nephew, Diane M. and Mike Jay of Raritan Township, NJ; and her dear friend, Victor Jay of Jacksonville, FL.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in The Church of St. Teresa, 50-20 45th Street, Woodside NY, 11377, (www.saintteresachurch.org). Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, 49-02 Laurel Hill Boulevard, Woodside, NY, 11377. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, 4307 Queens Blvd, Sunnyside, NY, 11104 (718) 784-1525.
