Annamay Kovi

January 19, 1944 — May 15, 2016

Annamay Kovi, age 72, died Sunday, May 15, 2016 surrounded by her family in Delaware Township, NJ.

Born January 19, 1944 in Frenchtown, NJ, she lived in Hunterdon County her entire life except for the last three years in Bethlehem, PA. Annamay worked for Johanna Farms in Flemington as a fork lift operator for more than twenty-five years.

She loved spending time at the beach and playing golf in her younger years, but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family, often on many trips to deliver food. Family and friends were Annamay's passion and love. In the summers she could not wait to go to the beach or play a game of golf with her brothers, son, and friends. She enjoyed making people happy all the time.

Predeceased by her parents, Annamay is survived by her daughter, Khristina Eastman of Pennsylvania, her two sons, Ted Kovi and Peter Kovi, both of Phillipsburg, NJ, her brothers, Edward and William; her six grandchildren, Sophia, Bailey, Peyton, Ryan, Nicholas, and Mathew, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial celebration is being planned for a later date.

Annamay's family would like to especially thank the Nurses from Hunterdon Hospice, who became a part of her family as well. Donations in her memory may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
