Anne Marie Hand

Anne Marie Hand, age 75 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, February 3, 2006, at her residence.

Born in Syracuse, NY, June 8, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen Ohman Tolischus. She had lived in the Flemington area all of her life.

She was a retired Executive Secretary with Rexham Corporation, Raritan Township, NJ.

She was a Communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ, and a member of the church choir. She belonged to the Flemington Woman's Club, was a former member of the Flemington-Raritan PTA; member of the Hunterdon County and New Jersey State Watercolor Society, and was an active volunteer for both the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Norman H. Hand; three sons, Robert C. Hand, of Flemington, NJ, Norman G. Hand, of Mt. Arlington, NJ, and Kyle W. Hand, of Flemington, NJ; two daughters; Kathleen B. Hand, of Lebanon, NJ, and Maureen B. Hand, of Lebanon, NJ; seven grandchildren; Crystal Hand, Renee Chanin, Garret Chanin, Rachel Laferla, Justin Laferla, Sean Hand, and Stephanie Hand; and a sister, Elizabeth Tolischus Rupell, of Buckingham, PA. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Robert and William Tolischus.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Magdalen Mausoleum. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
