Asa L. Seals

Asa L. Seals, age 87 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, December 1, 2006 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, he had resided in Raritan Towsnhip most of his life. Son of the late Asa and Eva Danbury Seals, he was a Quality Control Technician at Lipton Tea, Raritan Township, until retiring.

He was a United States Army veteran of World War II, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Seals was also life member of the Raritan Township Fire Company and was a member of the Flemington American Legion Post #l59.

Surviving are his step-son, K. Richard Southard of Stewartsville, NJ; three sisters, Emma Enea, Florence Rake and Thelma Kentner, all of Flemington, NJ; and a brother, Rolland Seals of PA.

Private Graveside Services will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ at the convenience of the family.
