Barbara B. Roessel, age 78 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on January 9, 1999 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Mount Kisco, NY on November 15, 1920, she was the daughter of the late George A. Barclay and Laura (Brown) Barclay. She was a Homemaker. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Carl W. Roessel, who died in 1969. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Mount Kisco, NY.
