Bari Lynn Katko

Bari Lynn Katko, age 51 years, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died on Thursday,March 25, 2004 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born in Plainfield, NJ, September 1, 1952, she was the daughter of Jean Mundy Kulesza, of Upper Black Eddy, PA, and the late Frank Kulesza.

She was a homemaker. She had resided in Phillipsburg, NJ for the past twenty years, having previously resided in Flemington, NJ.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters; Geri Katko, of Edison, NJ, and Jessica Kulesza, of Phillipsburg, NJ; a sister, Sharon Kulesza, of Upper Black Eddy, PA; and a brother, Frank Kulesza, of Placerville, CA.
