Beatrice A. Benedik

Beatrice A. Benedik, age 71 years, of Clinton Township, NJ, died on Thursday, July 18, 2013, in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Somerville, NJ, November 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Stillwell Ramsey.

She was a bookkeeper for Bohren & Bohren Associates for forty-seven years. She was a fifty-eight year member of the Stanton Grange, Hunterdon County Pomona Grange, and the New Jersey State Grange. She held several different offices and committees at all three levels.

Her husband, John M. Benedik, Jr., died in 1998. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth A. "Betty" Lake and Scott Lake of Lebanon, NJ; a son, John M. Benedik III of Flemington, NJ; and a grandson, Johnathan R. Lake.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 5-7 PM in the funeral home.
