Benedict Phillip Donaruma, Sr.

Benedict Phillip Donaruma, Sr., age 80 years, formerly of Keyport, NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 in the Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn NY, March 18, 1938, he was the son of the late Sebastian L. and Sabina Bellezza Donaruma.

Mr. Donaruma worked for JCP&L for over thirty years and was a self-employed farmer, which he did to relax.

Surviving are his children: Sebastian Donaruma, Michael Donaruma, Benedict Donaruma, Jr., and Stevetta Donaruma; a sister, Katherine Eastmond and her husband William; ten grandchildren: Brianne, William, Robert, Brooke & Bethany Campi, Auburn, Danielle, Hunter, Tanner & Chase Donaruma; and 1 great-grandchild Embree Campi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday July 25th at 11am in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday July 25th from 8:30am to10:30am in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Keyport, NJ.
