Benjamin D. Dombal, age 98 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at his residence.
Born in Croton, NJ, April 1, 1918, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary Dombal.
A World War II Army Veteran, he was owner and operator of B&E Well Drilling. A lifetime member of the North American Sportsman’s Club and member of the American Legion, Flemington, NJ, Ben enjoyed traveling, visiting Alaska, Scotland, Australia and many other countries throughout his life.
He is pre-deceased by his wife Ruth Dombal in 2009, and two sisters and two brothers. Surviving are his sister-in-law, Theresa Hults of Flemington, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
