Benjamin F. Millin, age 97 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ, died on Sunday, October 24, 2010 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, September 23, 1913, son of the late Benjamin F. Millin, Sr. and Mary Nagel Millin, he had resided in Kingwood Township since 1989, having formerly lived in Florham Park, NJ.
A Commercial Artist working for various Advertising Agencies in NYC, NY, he was also a Consultant to NBC for Sports Advertising for over seventeen years.
Mr. Millin was a United States Army Veteran of World War II, receiving the Purple Heart for serious injuries sustained during the war.
Surviving are his wife of sixteen years, Sharla B. Millin; a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Robert Bellai of Bernardsville, NJ; a daughter, Patricia Millin of Madison, NJ; a daughter, Dr. Cynthia Millin of NYC, NY; three grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will take place Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ.
