Bernard P. Brezina, Jr., age 62 years, of Lambertville, NJ, died on Monday, January 18, 2010 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born In Elizabeth, NJ, September 17, 1947, son of Helen Kazimar Brezina of Holland Township, NJ and the Late Bernard P. Breznia, Sr., he had resided in Lamberville for the past year, having formerly ived in Wisconsin and Florida.
A United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, Mr. Brezina was a member of the American Legion. He formerly worked in the Engineering Department of Engelhardt Industries, Englewood, NJ.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are two children, Barbara and her husband Bill Kuri of Berea, OH and Joseph and his wife Teresa Brezina of Waukesha, WI; three sisters, Mary Ann Scolavino of Finderne, NJ, Deborah Swiatek of Sergeantsville, NJ and Bernadette Maszczak of Holland Township, NJ; two brothers, Kenneth Brezina of Linden, NJ and John Brezina of Glen Gardner, NJ; and three grandsons, Anthony, Aaron and Liam.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Sreet, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in the spring in Washington Crossing National Veterans Cemetery, Newtown, PA. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
