Born in Flemington, NJ on July 24, 1909, she was the daughter of William Richards Conkling and Mary Post.

She was survived by her husband, Stanley D. Hall, of Flemington.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
