Bill Nemec

Bill Nemec, age 72 years, of Ringoes, NJ, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 at his home. Born in Binghamton, NY, July 6, 1947, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Susan Sedor Nemec. He had resided in Ringoes for the past 50 years. Bill was a Commercial Artist for fifty years, and the owner of Wm. Nemec Sign Co. He loved what he did and the creativity it allowed him. A United States Army veteran, Bill was a member of Flemington Elks Lodge #1928. A car enthusiast, he enjoyed motorcycles, hot rods, and racing. He and his family also enjoyed their many camping trips together. Bill was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Edward Nemec, in 2014. Surviving are his wife of thirty-eight years, Kathy Harrison Nemec; his sons, who he was very proud of: Christopher Nemec of Flemington, NJ, Jason Nemec and his wife, Lisa, of Flemington, NJ, and William Metzger and his wife, Rheam, of Hopewell Junction, NY; his brother, Richard Senko, of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren: Colton Nemec, Knox Nemec, Harrison Metzger, and Addison Metzger; his nephews and their spouses, Peter and Melissa Nemec, and Michael and Dawn Nemec; and his brother-in-law, Robert Harrison.. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10:30 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 5-8 PM in the funeral home.
