Boris Despotov

Boris Despotov, age 81 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Thursday, September 11, 2014, in Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York, NY. Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, February 16, 1933, he was the son of the late Vasil and Maria Despotov. He had resided in Readington Township, NJ since 1973. He was a retired plastics engineer with Orange Plastics. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6930, Whitehouse Station, NJ and the Serra Club at St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Georgette Rousovich Despotov; two daughters, Josephine Hendrix of Seattle, WA, and Antoinette Riordan, and husband Matt, of Readington Township, NJ; five grandchildren: Jenny Hendrix, Danielle Hendrix, Samuel Hendrix, Kevin Riordan, and Nicolette Riordan; and his sister in Bulgraia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 10 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 1-4 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
