C. Kevin Murray

C. Kevin Murray, age 56 years of Kingwood Township, NJ, died Monday, November 9, 2015 at his home. Born in Vancouver, Canada, September 21, 1959, Kevin is the son of the late Carl W. Murray and Darlene Murray, both of whom were longtime Hunterdon County, NJ residents. A United States Navy Veteran, Kevin served in the Gulf War as a Chief Petty Officer. Other duty assignments would take him all over the world, as well as, to many other dangerous assignments. His civilian life allowed him to work in the medical field and help many people. Kevin worked at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He was also a member of the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association and a member of the Chiefs Association in Allentown, PA. Surviving are his wife and best friend of thirty years, Denise M. Murray. Also surviving are his sister, Charyl D. Murray of Jacksonville, FL . The remainder of Kevin’s closet family members consists of Denise’s brothers and sisters, William A. and Rita M. Patrylo of Lowell, MA; Cynthia A. and Eric Plummer of Lake Luzerne, NY, and Victoria and Leslie Patrylo of New Hope, PA and four of his dearest nieces and nephews Collin, Ryan, Robert and Lillian. He lived for those kids! Alex Patrylo, though not his paternal father, was his “soul” father. They spent more time together building and fixing many projects then most dads would do. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Holcombe Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of service. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions in Chief C.
