Carl D. Schaarschmidt

Carl D. "Finch" Schaarschmidt, age 44 years, of Milford, NJ, died on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born October 22, 1962, in Raritan Township, NJ, son of the late Walter William Schaarschmidt, Jr. and Betty Lou Stevenson Schaarschmidt, he had resided in Hunterdon County all his life.

He was employed at the Clinton Bakery, Clinton, NJ.

In addition to his parents, he was pre-deceased by two brothers, Guy and Walter Schaarschmidt.

Surviving are two brothers, Steven R. Schaarschmidt of Roseto, PA and Greg W. Scharr of Wind Gap, PA.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2007, at The Landslide, 1090 Route 173, Bethlehem Township, NJ from 1-5 PM. Interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
