Carl H. Koch, Jr.

Carl Heinz Koch, Jr., age 88 years, of Stanton, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at his home. Born in Irvington, NJ, February 3, 1932, he was the son of the late Charles and Hilde Ell Koch. Mr. Koch received his B.S. from NJIT, and his Master’s in Education from The College of New Jersey. He was a retired teacher of Drafting and Mechanical Design at the Somerset County Technical Institute. Mr. Koch was a United States Navy Corpsman veteran of the Korean War. Surviving are his wife of fifty-nine years, Alice Jayne Ostrander Koch; his son and daughter-in-law, Edward A. and Jennifer Koch, of Flemington, NJ; his daughter and her partner, Susan J. Koch Frear and Michael Corsello, of New Cumberland, PA; his sister, Elenore Neuman, of Madison, WI; and his four grandchildren: Meghan Koch, Gillian Koch, Robin Koch, and Olivia Frear. A Memorial Service will be held on March 8, 2020 at 2 PM in the Stanton Reformed Church, Stanton, NJ. Interment will be private.
