Carol Miller, age 79 years, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in Genesis Healthcare, Phillipsburg, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY, October 7, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Alice Lyons Miller. Carol is survived by two sisters, Dolores Reilly of Flemington, NJ, and Sherry Sutter of Murrells Inlet, SC.
