Carolyn M. Hughes

Carolyn M. Hughes, age 89 years, died on March 19, 2007, in the Rolling Hills of Hunterdon Care Center, Clinton Township, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, July 11, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Carrie Lodge Krasle. She had formerly resided in Martinsville, NJ, Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, NJ, and Raritan Township, NJ.

She was a homemaker.

Her first husband, William Albrecht, died in 1959, and her second husband, Robert S. Hughes, died in 2006. Surviving are two sons, W. Robert Albrecht of North Branch, NJ, and James C. Albrecht of Wind Gap, PA; a daughter, Nancy J. Zavis of Bedford, VA; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 7-9 PM in the funeral home.
