Carter Alexander Mayer

Carter Alexander Mayer, of Pittstown NJ, died Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township NJ.

Born July 13, 2023, Carter was the beloved son of AJ Mayer and Ashley Mowrey.

Although he was with them for a brief time, Carter was a happy beautiful boy who brought so much joy to his family - especially his parents who adored him, his grandparents, great-grandparents and all of the many extended family and friends that were fortunate enough to know him.

Carter was predeceased by his great grandparents, B. Joan Mathews, Robert Suydam Sr., Frank and Jean Mowrey Sr., Dottie King, Alfons and Pitusa Mayer, and Edward Chaya Jr. In addition to his parents, Carter is survived by his grandparents, Susan and Adam Chaya of Pittstown NJ, Frank and Donna Mowrey Jr. of Easton PA, Jennifer and John MacKay of Phillipsburg NJ, and Alexander Mayer of Phillipsburg NJ, his great-grandparents, David and Janice King of Annandale NJ, and Joyce Chaya of Pen Argyl PA, and his Aunt, Norah Mayer of Phillipsburg NJ, as well as many extended family and friends.

Funeral services for Carter will be held privately. There are no calling hours.
