Casey M. Peguero

Casey M. Peguero was delivered to the hands of our Lord on October 28th, 2021, at the age of 43 surrounded by her family. Casey is survived by her devoted husband, Sergio, and two sons, Julian (3) and Justin (2). Casey lived her early years in Maplewood NJ and attended St. Joseph’s Elementary School and Mother Seton Regional High School in Clark, NJ, where she was a National Merit Scholar and attained many honors. A graduate of Rutgers University, Casey earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. She was an Associate Director for Administration and Human Resources in the pharmaceutical industry. Her life was devoted to her loving husband and her children. She was a generous and compassionate person who brought those qualities to every facet of her life. Casey was brave and valorous through all the difficulties she encountered on her journey. She was a “beach baby” who loved the shore. It was her happy place and she enjoyed it with family and friends throughout her life. Casey always put everyone else’s concerns above her own and everyone was privileged to have known her gentle, loving spirit. Casey was an exceptional mother, a loving and caring wife, a devoted best friend, a precious daughter and just an overall bright light. Casey leaves behind her loving parents, Lynne and Robert Astringer; her bereaved father and mother-in-law, Sergio and Maria Peguero; her brother, Dean Hamilton and partner, Vicki Trickett; her grandmother, Angelina Diaz; her brothers-in-law, Alan and Ricky Peguero; her sister-in-law, Leeana Moscowitz; her Great Aunt, Elizabeth Merrigan, her cousin, Arthur Astringer, and many other cousins, friends and associates. A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Father Matthew Marinelli will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington NJ. Interment will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington NJ.
