Catherine A. Bruno

Catherine A. Bruno, age 66 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Monday, February 21, 2005 at the Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, January 11, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Catherine O'Sullivan Bartell. She had resided in Readington Township, NJ for the past thirty-one years.

She was formerly employed by GP Technologies, Somerset, NJ, then by the Parachute Shop, Flemington, NJ, then as a crossing guard at the Three Bridges School, Three Bridges, NJ.

She was a communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Bruno; three daughters; Susan Bruno and Theresa Bruno of Readington Township, NJ, and Eleanor Bruno of Tucson, AZ; two sons, Thomas Bruno of Readington Township, NJ, and Anthony Bruno of Westfield, MA; and nine grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10 AM in the St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ.

Interment will be private. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
