Born in Ringoes, NJ on July 24, 1887, she was the daughter of the late Cicero Higgins and Anna Polhemus.

She was a homemaker.

Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Charles A. Angell, who died in 1965.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
