CeCelia J. Conover, age 70 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Plainfield, NJ, January 17, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Virginia Fenton Hahr. She had formerly resided in Whitehouse, NJ, Warren, NJ, North Plainfield, NJ, and Lyndonville, VT.
She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed music and antique collecting.
She was a Missionary of Charity, 3rd Order, and a former member of the Sierra Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Judi M. John, of East Burke, VT: a son, Keith L. Conover, of Raritan Township, NJ; two brothers, Gene Hahr of Beverly Hills, FL, and Arthur Hahr of Plainfield, NJ; and three grandchildren: Danielle John, Kyle Conover, and Nicole Conover. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Virginia Whalen, and three brothers, Edward, Joseph, and Paul Hahr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Whitehouse Station, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
