Born in Delaware Township, NJ on September 7, 1884, he was the son of the late James S. Dilts and Mary Hoagland.

Mr. Dilts was a retired farmer.

He was survived by his wife, Bessie (Cox) Dilts.

Interment in Three Bridges Reformed Church Cemetery, 470 Main Street, Three Bridges, NJ.
