Born in Wertsville, NJ circa 1905, he was the son of William Higgins and Rose Pitman.

Mr. Higgins was formerly employed by Sears Roebuck in New Brunswick, NJ.

He was survived by his wife, Ruth (Vlearbone) Higgins.

Interment in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick, NJ.
