Born in Hopewell Township, NJ on June 4, 1912, he was the son of the late John A. Rogers and Martha (Pierson) Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a self-employed farmer. Charles was predeceased by his wife. Interment in Harbourton Cemetery, Harbourton-Rocktown Road, Harbourton, NJ.
