Charlotte Kreitler

Charlotte Kreitler, age 95 years, of Easton, PA, died Friday, August 4, 2023, at Country Meadows of Forks Retirement Community, Easton, PA.

Born in Neshanic Station, NJ, August 3, 1928, daughter of the late Milton and Charlotte Selover Verity, she had formerly resided in Quakertown, NJ, Key Largo, FL and Homosassa Springs, FL.

A homemaker, Charlotte was an avid gardener and enjoyed refinishing furniture. She also spent time playing the organ and bridge while she lived in Florida.

She is pre-deceased by her husband, Alfred Kreitler in 2018, and her six siblings, Ruth Smith, Harold Verity, Milton Verity, Jr., Walter Verity, Helen Smith, and Joyce Kuster.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Kathy Kreitler of Quakertown, NJ; a daughter and son-in-law, Juliann and Donald Tremaine of Pittstown, NJ; and three grandchildren, Matthew Tremaine and his wife, Erica, Melissa Carpenter and her husband, Joe, and Claudia Kreitler; and one great-grandchild, Genevieve Tremaine.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 11:30 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from 10:30-11:30 AM in the funeral home.
