Charlotte Lee Mcquain Finigan

Charlotte Lee McQuain Finigan, 72, of Ringoes, New Jersey, formerly of Rainelle WV, and Frankford Township NJ, passed away peacefully Monday, October 07, 2013, at her home following a short illness.

Born June 24, 1940 at Kessler, she was the daughter of the late Charles Roscoe, Sr., and Virginia Halsey McQuain.

Charlotte worked as a secretary for RCA and for Selective insurance company. She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Rainelle and a member of the Eastern Star. Charlotte very hard worker and was a devoted to her family as a loving sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She brought humor and love to everything that she did.

Survivors include her loving daughter Charlene Seidenschwarz and husband Doug of Flemington, New Jersey; 1 brother Roscoe McQuain, Jr. and wife Penny of Lilly Park, Rainelle; 2 sisters Betty Dillon and husband Bob of Rosedale, Maryland and Gail Hanshew and husband Gary of Green Sulphur; 1 step-brother George Hall and wife Juanita of Rainelle; 2 step-sisters Nancy Kennedy and husband John of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Frances White and husband Bob of New York; 1 sister in law Jenny (Geneva) McQuain, 2 grandsons Dominick and Charles Seidenschwarz of Ringoes, New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are Thursday, October 10, at Smathers Funeral Chapel, Inc., Rainelle, WV. Burial will follow in the Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville. Online condolences at www.smathersfuneralchapelinc.com
