Born in White Plains, NY on September 21, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Charles Paul and Marie Lademann. She was a homemaker. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Chester A. Williams Jr.. Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
